The coldest period of the year in southern Brazil is approaching. To help needy families that suffer with the low temperatures in the state of Paraná, Havan joined the “Transmita Calor” sweater campaign and turned all 30 megastores present in the state into collection points.

Clothes in good condition, warm clothes and blankets can be donated. Donations can be made until July 30th. “With our stores as a collection point, we want to further increase the options for those who want to help. I’m sure it will be another successful edition, we’re going to break fundraising records and help many people from Paraná. Our doors are open to receive donations every day from 9 am to 10 pm and our parking is free. We count on everyone’s support, because doing good is good”, highlights Havan’s owner Luciano Hang.

The “Transmita Calor” campaign is an initiative of Rede Massa | SBT, has been running for 14 years and is considered the largest fundraising project for clothes, warm clothes and blankets in Paraná. 3.5 million pieces of clothing and 45 tons of food have already been distributed to needy and socially vulnerable families. “The support of the population is essential for the project’s success. This is one of the ways we find to use our reach and our appeal to do good for the community of Paraná. We count on everyone’s help and support to achieve our goal”, concluded Grupo Massa CEO Edson Carneiro.
