EDSON LUIZ DIEGOLI

CEO and IR Director

Edson Luiz Diegoli is Havan’s CEO and IR Director. He is graduated in Data Processing at the Universidade Regional de Blumenau – FURB, post-graduated in Information Systems, in Management Accounting and Finance and Master in Operations Research for the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina – UFSC. He participated in the Advanced Management Program, a partnership of Fundação Dom Cabral with INSEAD – The Business School for the World in Fontainebleau in France. Since June 1999 he has been a manager at Havan and also serves as Financial Administrative Director of Geradora de Energia Rio do Meio, Geradora de Energia Rio Fortuna, Geradora de Energia São José, Geradora de Energia São Maurício, Master S.A and Brashop S.A.

JAISON GAMBA

CFO

Jaison Gamba is accountant, graduated by UNIVALI – Universidade do Vale do Itajaí, post graduated in management and costs accounting by FURB – Universidade Regional de Blumenau and performed several specialization courses in finantial, tax, human resources and accounting areas at Fundação Dom Cabral. Along your career he worked at Industrias e Comércio de Calçados Lemus Ltda., from June 1^st, 1980 to September 1^st, 1983, doing the office assistant activities. At Zeno Heining Accountant Office from October 1^st, 1983 to January 29^th, 1988, doing the office assistant activities, and at Irmãos Pinto & Cia Ltda. company, from February 1^st, 1989 to May 13^rd, 1992, doing the role of accountant. And, at Havan, from July 1^st, 1992 until today, doing the role of CFO, Human Resources and Tax Department.

FELIX CHRISTIANO THEISS

Felix Christiano Theiss is an economist and member of Havan’s s committee, graduated at the Universidade Regional de Blumenau – FURB and post-graduated in Environmental Law at the Universidade do Vale do Itajaí – UNIVALI. He worked for 23 years in multinationals such as Cia de Cigarros Souza Cruz and Rigesa Celulose, Papel e Embalagens Ltda. He served in the public area for 12 years as Finance Secretary of Blumenau, Mayor of Blumenau, Secretary of Finance of the State of Santa Catarina and as President of IAPAS – Ministry of Social Security. For more than 40 years he was part of class entities such as: Director of ACIB – Associação Empresarial de Blumenau, Director of AMPE – Association of Small and Micro Enterprises, Chairman of the Board of the Sociedade Dramático-Musical Carlos Gomes de Blumenau and is the current President of the Expansion Committee of the Blumenau Regional Airport.

25 years ago, he founded Felix Theiss & Associados, which works with the preparation of business successors and promotes Corporate Governance in companies, creating committees.

NILVIO VENTURA FECCHIO

Nilvio Ventura Fecchio is an economist and member of Havan’s s committee, graduated at PUC-SP and has more than 35 years of experience in the capital markets. Throughout his professional career, he has been responsible for the trading desk of Commodities & Futures Exchange Brokers – BM&F, executive positions in product management and investment fund distribution, Securities Services, Trust Management, Head of the Ultra High Wealth Segment Management and Senior Advisor for Multi Family Office. He has worked at institutions such as Itaú Unibanco, Banco Espírito Santo, UBS, Safra and Emerald Investimentos (Safra Group). He has been a Portfolio Manager by CVM since 2008, Financial Planner (CFP) since 2015 and Wealth Management Client Advisor Certificate by the Swiss Authority from 2015 to 2018.
