Havan has a project approved by COPE for a store in Blumenau

The Conselho Municipal do Patrimônio Cultural Edificado (COPE) approved at Wednesday, July 28th, the installation of a new Havan store in Blumenau. By 12 votes to three, the counselor follow the Fundação Catarinense de Cultura (FCC) and Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional (IPHAN) positioning that manifested viable to the enterprise at Oscar Jenichen street, next to Palmeiras Street, in the historical center region. 

Havan’s owner, Luciano Hang, celebrates the voting result and affirmed that commom sense prevailed, when are considerate the benefits that a new enterprise brings to the city. “Our stores generate jobs and opportunity, I’m sure that it is very important. The Blumenau people will be happy with this project, that which will become a leisure and shopping destination, giving a new dynamic to this region that today is abandoned”, he says. 

In each store is generated until 200 job opportunities and the investments exceed R$50 millions. The enterprise will count with almost 14 thousand of m² and two floors. Downstairs, will have 180 parking space to cars, 100 to bike and 63 to motorcycles, in addition to entrance hall and food court. Upstairs, will be the sales part, where the public will find the complet mix of Havan, that counts with most of 350 thousand of items, between electric and electronics, bed, bath and table, housewares, fashion, toys and much more.
