Havan had already expressed CVM about IPO’s suspension

Havan informs that the give up of the register request by Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) occurred of a volunteer way by Company’s part. That decision was informed formally to CVM in August 19th, 2021, so, the rejection publication, this Monday, August 23rd, is a result of decision already taken by the Group. 

Havan opted by the process suspension in favor to the currently strategy plan of the Company. Additionally, for the same reasons, and for consequence of the give up mentioned above, the Company, have decided to don’t continue with the admission request and listed in the Novo Mercado da B3 segment. So, this moment, Havan postpones the intention to realize its Initial Public Offer of Actions, that will be returned in a opportune moment and duly informed. 

Havan’s owner, Luciano Hang, emphasizes that the chain continues with their expansion project. “It doesn’t affect our purpose to continue planting stores in Brazil and generating opportunities for Brazilian people. We stand firm and strong, as we have been doing for 35 years.”
