Havan received, this Thursday, 9th, the Prêmio Ser Humano, from Associação Brasileira de Recursos Humanos (ABRH-SC). The retailer was recognized by development in people management, with the case “Multiplicadores do Saber”.
The project counts with a internal team of professionals who connect and develop great applied learning programs at 174 megastores, hitting most of the 20 thousand of employees.
The Organization Development Manager, Goreti Maestri, with the creators of the project Dieniffer Carvalho de Moura and Priscila Macedo. “We are so happy to receive this recognize. The Prêmio Ser Humano is a realization by ABRH-SC is an achievement to recognize students, professionals and public and privates companies that have contributed significantly to the evolution of the practice of People Management, aiming to promote human and organizational development.
