The Havan Group is preparing to continue as a publicly-held company on the “Comissão de Valor Mobiliários” (CVM). The Investor Relations (IR) website is already online and the retailer has just released a video covering a little of the company’s 35 years and the financial results for the first quarter of 2021.
The website https://ri.havan.com.br/ has the proposal to present all information about the group to the investors. It is a website that has the function of facilitating the communication between the company, investors and the financial market. “It provides access to all essential information about Havan, such as history, our purpose, mission and values, community relations actions, corporate governance, news, agendas and financial results. Giving as much information about Havan to those who want to invest in the company. The objective is that the relationship between Havan and the investor is one of full confidence”, explains Daniel Yamakado, responsible for IR and New Projects at Havan.
The audiovisual material with a little more than 6 minutes is available on the YouTube channel and other social networks of the company and entrepreneur Luciano Hang. The video was released this month and also marks the anniversary of Havan, which turns 35 on the 26th. It presents the results for the first quarter of 2021, punctuating the amounts allocated to suppliers, public coffers through payment of taxes, sponsorships from the most different areas, investments in technology and innovation. And yet, the guidelines for the future of the Havan group.

The great differential was the presentation of the content, carried out entirely by the employees responsible for each area of the company. “With this we were able to show how Havan is a company made by many people. And that’s why we chose “Hands that together make history” as the title of the material. And when we look at the company, it is evident that it is a living organism, anchored on three very solid pillars, which are employees, suppliers and customers. And it is by thinking about people that we are designing our future”, concludes Havan’s Institutional Marketing coordinator, Ana Maria Leal da Veiga.
